SELLER TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Record Retention: Hobson Manufacturing (The Seller) shall provide all appropriate records and information to the Buyer and Buyer's representatives that may include but is not limited to test reports, certificates of conformity and spec sheets for any inspection duties for $100.00 unless specified otherwise on the Purchase Order so that buyer may perform inspection of Seller's facility. Any and all records relating to this Agreement and the performance by Seller hereof shall be retained and made available for review by Buyer, Buyer customer's, regulatory authorities and Buyer's designees for a minimum of ten (10) years.
- Claims: All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of parts. No returns will be accepted without prior written approval. Hobson Manufacturing does not accept consequential damages. Maximum liability shall be limited to the cost of parts.
- Procurement: Hobson Manufacturing may procure completed or substantially completed items from any other party by subcontract or otherwise, without prior written consent of the buyer, provided the party complies to the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard or practices similar quality standards.
- Sub-Tier Contractors: Hobson Manufacturing may use sub-tier contractors that are not ISO 9001 certified but have been evaluated to meet ISO standard criteria.
